urghhhh rat keep bulling me and xinwen.haha

did 70 squat, 5 laps of shuttle run withing 30seconds, 2 sets.

Didnt do side steps, knee was hurting badly.

PLayed match with c'girls.

Ran 10rounds bball court.

And i still have to shout "Beatty steady!!!!" urghhh.

Fell down as usual??haha

crack my knee to save Xinwen.hahaha

And for the last ball i did split! ouch! haha
